Whimsy Stamps DT Call Appliation

I chose both these images because, for one I love mermaids and fairies and two they were a challenge to color!  They were both freebies, but you can check out the Whimsy store for many more stunning stamps!  (Click on images to take you to the store)  

Both cards are new.  I made them specifically for the DT call but could not choose between one.  Since we could submit at least 2, I was so happy to be able to show them both! I hope you like them!

My reasons for applying for Whimsy Stamps DT are that first I absolutely love rubber and clear stamps!  Rubber stamps are my number one favorite with clear as a close second.. I love digital stamps but there is nothing like the feeling of inking a stamp and pressing it onto paper!!  I find it very relaxing! Whimsy stamps are absolutely stunning and I would enjoy tremendously being part of your team and coloring these gorgeous images.  Die cutting I also find so much fun!  I have a variety of dies and never make a card without die cutting something! 

I have been stamping and coloring for a little over 2 years and would be very happy to be part of your team and creating beautiful cards with your stamps!

This is one of my favorite Sugar Nellie images!!  I am a dog person and this one is just so sweet!  What a nice picture of enjoying a relaxing walk with your best friend!  I love Sugar Nellie Images! So much fun to color and challenging too! See those skinny legs? Fun, though, lots of fun!!

A Friend Is......

Friends... we have a little Dachshund named Lady and she has become even more than a friend.. she is part of our family.. this card came very natural to me.  I LOVE dogs and I felt in love with this image as soon as I saw it at Mo's Digital Pencil.  Her images are unique and so full of expression!!  I think you can agree that this image is full of sentiment and love.  

I don't normally do much to the inside of the card, but I wanted part of the sentiment to be on the outside and then continue on the inside.  :)

Okay.. I have entered the tag craze!!! I thought, I want to try something that its a bit quicker to create and its still something people would like.. so I thought Tags!!!  I have some die cuts that I don't use much and they are perfect to shape tags so here its one I created with the idea of entering it as well on the Little Miss Muffet Anything Goes Challenge!!
