Entering another challenge at Kraftin Kimmie!! Wow!  I am slowly getting them, but getting them in!! :)  

I loved using this image from Julie Nutting stamps.  They are perfect for cutting paper and piecing it together.  Its like working with paper dolls.

Kraftin Kimmie Challenge #4

All Things Shimmery!

Well, I just love working on this card!!  Loved coloring her hair and her gorgeous big eyes!!  I made her very classy with my favorite colors together: Red and Black.  

I am entering this beauty into the Kraftin Kimmie Challlente #4.  I sued as much bling as I could! :)  Her jewlery has bling (I used Ranger Stickles), around the frame where you see the stones and also the black flowers and the black paper.  I hope that's enough bling for the challenge.

Fussy Cutting 

For this challenge, I fussy cut the mermaid and the sea shells on the sand.  I added some glitter so that the colors wouldn't look so flat.  Don't know if you can tell.

Its a Mermaid!

Its the first mermaid I ever colored and loved it!! I love this freebie image from the wonderful Alicia Bel Benet!  Her images are lovely!! And she was so nice to give away this wonderful image for a short time!

Art Impressions Challenge

Hip to be Square!

Its my first time entering a challenge with Art Impressions stamps!! I think they are fantastic!

I wanted to give it a try with this cute dog from the set Birthday Wishes.  Love it!!  This dog was so much fun to color!  I love dogs!  I added some birds from another stamp set I have because the sky needed something else, but 99% of the stamps are from Art Impressions.  I hope its okay!!  Anyway.. here it is!  What's up?

Fun Card I wanted to try.  I wanted to try this technique that Vickie Papiaonnau did on YouTube and I loved it!!

Its simple but I like the end result.  I used Distress Inks for the water and sky and the island.

I printed out a generic boat and palm trees and colored with Copics:
